Membership Specialist (calling for National Company)
This position is available to applicants using Screen Readers

This is a home-based, part-time, year-round permanent position in which the
employee performs as a Membership Specialist for a National Company.
You must have strong customer service skills.
List of 7 items (contains 6 nested lists)
• This position entails calling existing members whose membership has
recently expired. Our goal of these calls is to renew the member over the
telephone
(debit or credit) to ensure that the membership is active. Gathering
information regarding the reason the membership expired as well as noting
the information
correctly in the database and up selling is extremely important (quality
checks are performed on a regular basis/quality standard must be met).
• All membership specialists are Employees.
• Potential Membership specialists must:

• Meet the home office requirements
• Be able to work evening hours
• Be comfortable asking probing questions while on the telephone

• We determine success in five ways:

• Number of renewals/ member upgrades per shift

• We do monitor telephone calls daily. All telephone calls are recorded for
training purposes.
• Postions pay $12.00 per hour

• Hours for these positions are:

• Specialists must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Monday through Friday 5 - 9 PM EST
• Saturday 10 - 1 PM EST
