We've done the Breaking Free study at our church. I think we did it two
years ago. I didn't have the material on tape or in Braille so I just came
and listened to the video, but I couldn't participate in the discussion
because I couldn't do the homework. I need to try to get the books brailled
ahead of time or something so I can participate.

Thursday early morning, I was taking dog out and slipped on steps.  My 
left leg went clear behind me and bent all the way Back.  Went to ER 
and have a bad sprain. 
Before my best friend came to the scene, I was sitting on ice for 25 
minutes.  I nearly froze.  Then the squad came and took me to ER.
2 days later, I am noticing some shifts in my mental stability.  Was it 
from the cold? Don't know.  But I ended up switching and cutting my 
hair into a crew cut!!!  
Also, please pray for my counseling sessions they are on Mondays 
usually.  Also, I am starting a Bible Study at my Church.  Breaking Free 
by Beth Moore.  
secondly I have a prayer web site.  Phil, do you want me to post it on 
the list or have people email me for it?
