Speaking of rain in West Virgina, I have a funny story for you. In the
summer of 2002, I flew back with my sister Donna to Virginia, to spend
almost a month with her. I got to do some traveling while there. Once,
when we stopped in West Virginia to use a rest facility, I went into a stall
with one hearing aid focused on the environment, so that I couldn't really
tell where sounds were coming from. For some reason, I had to keep standing
up and sitting down. When I came out, Donna said something like, "Well, did
you enjoy flushing the toilet a lot?" Since I couldn't locate sound, I
didn't realize that the toilet kept flushing automatically when I moved! No
wonder you need more rain, Virgie!
