Peg, my doctor denies that Soy has any effect on thyroid
meds. I'm hypothyroid and have a terrible time eating
breakfast because of nausea.
I was eating oatmeal and Rice Dream but changed to soy
because of its higher protein content. I'm allergic to nuts
and I can't tolerate anything with a high fat content.
I'm very keen to hear what your nutritionist has to say.
Thanks for offering to share it.
Kathy
