I was interested in the discussion between Peggy Ramsden and Michelle Redway
about this subject as I too have had this problem.  At first the doctor told
me he thought it was antibodies attacking the hair follicles and frightened
the life out of me.

I am still concerned about it.  I lost my eyebrows completely and all the
hair on arms and legs.  Pubic is a lot less as well.  Hair around my face
has also receded but not noticeably to anyone else.

I have started taking Armour and find I am not losing hair on my head when I
wash it as I was when using Thyroxine.   Havent noticed hair growth
improving though.   Can you take a natural T3?

Would be grateful for comments from anyone else with this problem.
