>First comment, have you had an AM random cortisol taken? If reading is

Hello Skipper,
Thanks for your reply, you always seem to make time to listen and answer
peoples questions. Very much appreciated.

My endo once did a bloodserum cortisol test and this showed normal range.
I understand now that a proper adrenal test is one where they take up to four
different samplings points in the day: you could be in range in the morning
but below normal in the afternoon or evening. I am not sure I can persuade my
endo to test the adrenals again but I'll try. For now, I have started taking
Maca. From the roots of a Peruvian plant which aparently boosts the adrenals.
Too soon to say if it does anything but I will if I notice anything.
I might try taking my temperature but I have a bit of difficulties with that
since on these forums the temperature is always posted in Fahrenheit while in
Europe we work with degrees Celsius. If anyone could tell me the correct
conversion factor or tell me the "Wilson's temperatures" in Celsius....many
thanks in advance.
Take care,
Ira
