I went to the DaVinci Bakery and Cafe in Seattle today. (It was recommended 
on an earlier list)  It was HEAVEN.  I didn't have to worry about gluten. 
Everything was gluten free.
And it was delicious.  Anybody in or traveling to Seattle needs to go there.
