The Gluten Free Pantry has a Bagel Mix.  I don't have the
address handy at the moment, but you can check in the back
of Hagman's Gluten Free cookbooks (I think it is in both).
   I've used many of the GFP products and they are excellent
--esp. those designed for a bread machine.
