hi,

we were recently in palm beach county, florida, and headed to carraba's for dinner. they have a gluten-free menu, but in fine print it says food not cooked on a dedicated grill. we left. our 2-year-old has celiac.

can a restaurant be gluten-free w/o a dedicated grill?

thanks.

nyc mom
