Hi All,
   
  I want to make a potato casserole for Christmas....The kind that is made with hash browns and cheese and sour cream etc. (not with eggs)
   
  All of the recipes that I found on allrecipes.com and in my various cookbooks, call for a can of "cream of Chicken", "cream of celery" or "cream of potato" or all three!
   
  Do any of you have a recipe like that that doesn't need the "cream of"  soup, or one that uses a substitute.
