I was diagnosed by biopsy over 35 years ago for Celiac Disease and have managed?the diet well.? However, I have?been feeling "unwell" in recent months with similar symptoms that I get when I accidentally ingest gluten, i.e., gut reaction, brain fog, muscle/joint aches, nervousness, and lots more.? I?strongly believe that I may be casien intolerant and I?am asking this group how one is tested for this possible intolerance or other food intolerances.? I called an allergist and he?referred me to my GI specialist but I don't believe that's the answer.? I have eliminated all dairy in my diet but I suspect there is a small amount of lactose in one or more of my important medications which I have been taking for several years.? Could this be causing me to feel so sickly?? I will summarize and I appreciate any input.?
Many thanks,
Jane in Maryland ??
