We visited Bunky's cafe in Madison, Wisconsin on Sunday. After seeing a post
some time ago about this place and their gluten free pizza, we've been
wanting to get there. Well, the ENTIRE MENU can be made gluten free, and
they even have awesome GF desserts! It is a Mediterranean restaurant, and
they have an extensive menu. It was almost overwhelming for our son, who
didn't really know what ravioli was, or any of the other pasta dishes besides
spaghetti, since he's never been able to have them.

We had a Mediterranean pizza (but we could have had any kind that we
wanted) with garlic bread, and a penne pasta with marinara sauce and
veggies. They had spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, many other types of
pastas with sauces, etc. They brought us a piece of chocolate mousse pie to
share. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the atmosphere is very
amusing. Just thought I'd share. We're definitely going to find a reason to
get to Madison again soon so we can eat there again. It was the first time
since his diagnosis that I remember my son being so full after eating at a
restaurant, since he could actually eat every course of the meal.
