My son loves tacos and has been told to eliminate any dried foods that are
not specifically GF because of the cross contamination possibility. We had
been eating El Paso and Ortega brand taco shells which the company says
have no glutens in them but they use flour in the plant. Since my son has no
symptoms when he eats gluten I have no way of telling if there is any
contamination.
Has anyone eaten either brand? Any reactions?
I haven't been able to find GF hard taco shells anywhere and was wondering if
I could still use those.
Thanks so much.
