Wow and thanks! I received an overwhelming response to my query regarding
spelt being

gluten-free.



The overall response was that spelt is a form of wheat and does have gluten
in it. Some

list members suggested telling the Reno Golden Harvest store that spelt is
not gluten-free.

It was also suggested that I report them to the FDA if they continue to
claim spelt as GF.
