Hello,
My two teenage daughters are very thin and don't have huge appetites. They both want to gain weight - one is very self conscious about how thin she's become and asked if I'd help her try to put on some pounds. Both girls lost 5-8 lbs.this summer on vacation from lots of activity and not eating enough...they wouldn't the chance of getting contaminated by eating out so they just didn't eat unless they made it themselves.

So I'm looking for a weight gain supplement drink but want a natural, no sugar added product. Is there one product that has worked for you and is still relatively palatable? Thanks for your suggestions.

  Kate
