Dear list,
I have a question about dietary compliance, raised by a friend who
writes medical articles.
Are you super-vigilant?
Semi-vigilant?
Not so much?
I know there is a lot of variation in terms of how sensitive people
are to a gluten hit. Maybe people who aren't so vigilant don't feel
the need partly because they don't feel the gluten hit?
This is a non-scientific poll, of course, but the range of experience
on the list is wide enough that your answers might be an indication
of how people live their day-to-day lives as Celiacs.
Thanks. Your replies will be helpful. And of course I shall post a summary.
Mary B.

ps if you are gluten sensitive but not Celiac, would you indicate that, please?
