My daughter's class is going to be making Thanksgiving Turkey cookies (https://www.pillsbury.com/recipes/showRecipe.aspx?rID=40040) out of Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies. Does anyone have any suggestions for a cookie I could send her to school with that would hold up well for decorating??? GF cookies are usually so fragile.

Also, does anyone know if any of the tubes of decorating icing or decorating gels are gf?
