Hi folks

Over the years we have, for various geological and other natural disaster
reasons, made contingency provisions including putting food by. There are
numerous websites dedicated to this and especially http://www.fluwikie.com/
which covers the whole range of precautions that could or should be made for
a pandemic (and also very applicable to other types of disasters).

In all instances I have been able to find the recommended food planning is
definitely non-paleo, being heavily reliant on grains and legumes. Is anyone
aware of a site with something of a paleo perspective?

Thanks

Lawrence
