All I eat is meat, fat and water. I don't count calories, I just eat what
my body wants. I haven't started any exercise program yet and may not until
I lose more weight. I started out at 5'4" and 292 pounds. I've lost 45
pounds since January 2. I eat mostly ribeyes, cooked medium rare, hambuger,
some chicken and some pork. I eat eggs once in a while.
