I'm actually down to one or two workouts a week and it works great
for me. The key is brief, intense, full range, slow reps, one set to
exhaustion of between 8-12 repetitions, about 8 exercises. Total
workout lasts about 25 minutes.
The purpose of exercise is to work your muscles, heart, and lungs.
Calories should never enter the equation.
