I had both bad migraines and cardiac arrhythmias before eating raw
paleo. The migraines disappeared forever after starting raw meat, but
the arrhythmias stayed although reducing in intensity. They also
disappeared after I went zero carb; this took years to do - I hope you
don't suffer as long, because palpitations are not to be tolerated.

I think that the reason for success is the high fat of zero carb diet,
as the fuel of our hearts is fat, and raw meat provides all the minerals
needed for rhythm control, on the other hand no veggies means no
anti-nutrients and no excess blood sugar.

AFAIK everyone who tries zero carb finds that their body automatically
makes enough blood glucose. It helped me a lot to read Gary Taubes' book.

Great to read of your success.

William
