Howard,

I just read the page with window-eyes and it read just fine.  I'm using 
ie7 here.  With window-eyes, you might try a screen redraw once the page 
loads.

Insert backslash will do the screen redraw.  Sometimes this will help if 
you get a page that just says "top bottom".

I didn't have to do this here, the page just loaded and started reading.
