Depends upon if the 900 radio is the ts480 SAT or the high power ts480 200 
watt version.  Is their an installed speech chip?  Is their an installed CW 
filter?  Are their any accessories? What about the extention cable kit?
If all of the above questions are answered No, that's not far from the price 
of a new radio.

As far as menus audio tutorials, and copies of the manual, all are 
available.
