Yeah, but what if the manual is written in an inaccessible format.  For 
example, what if it shows a picture of the button rather than giving the 
text of which button you should use for any given function?  Today's manuals 
are very poorly written just as today's electronics is becoming more and 
more inaccessible to blind people.
