    I guess that's my feeling too, John.  I understand why they put the
speaker on the control head of the TS480 like they did, and I knew that
going into the purchase, but it just doesn't sound as good as a good-quality
external speaker that is strategically located.

I guess it's all in the ears of the beholder.  (grin)
