Hi.

No, I've seen it sometimes on external ones as well.  I suspect that there 
is either something that is faking out the SWR protection, or something 
that is faking out my instrumentation--it's hard to be sure which is 
happening, since I don't have several different types of instruments for 
making comparisons.  If I had access to a Bird 43 or something like that, I 
would have much more confidence in my measurements.
