In 1979 a stamp was issued for the WARC.  Does anyone know in what
country it was issued and the denomination?  I have a local ham stamp
collector tee shirt sales person who will make me a Tee if I can find
the stamp.  

Also, what rig was on the stamp?  I thought it was a KWM2 but it might
be a 75s series receiver as well.
