What version of Openbook are you using?  I have 5 at home and it will
not play with PDF files.

When I try opening the file with openbook I get a message that there is
no application on your system associated with this file type.

Richard,  Open the file from within Open book   and as stated it will
OCR the document and present you with a file which you can save in
another format. =20

Thanks for the pdf info.
I have right clicked on the file and tried opening it with openbook.  I
get an error message stating that there is no program associated with
this file type.  I have adobe on my system.
Any suggestions appreciated.
