I don't think my Jetstream has meters, but I'm not in front of it now.  
Still, it's tiny and, as you say, very reasonably priced (see my  
previous note). The 45-amp version isn't much more expensive than the  
28-amp one, if memory serves. I would definitely buy another one of  
thse myself when I need a second supply.
