Yes it is, but they do that because, in part, those bubble pack radios are 
so dirty, that's the best way to keep them from bleeding over form channel 
to channel. Also, that's what the business band channel split used to be. I 
think it's tighter now,b ut that's right in the middle of the public service 
and business bands up there so they have to stick with the spacing.
