Hi,

I know supplements aren't paleo but since I was on antibiotics twice this
year, plus I have multiple sensitivities, I was hoping to find a good
probiotic that is truly and completely dairy free. This proves difficult
since most of them are cultured in some type of dairy medium and I react to
even those.

So what I am wondering is, how can I help my stomach/gut heal, aside from
eating paleo? Are there any paleo foods that will help the growth of good
bacteria?

Thanks,
Kristina
