BTW, speaking of "Walking with Cavemen," if anyone gets the chance to see
a similar program called "The Rise of Man," I'd highly recommend it. In
terms of diet they are a lot more explicit about stating that we evolved
consuming a higher percentage of dietary fat as well as the fats'
importance to our evolution. They don't go into great detail with this,
but it's still discussed more than a lot of the show's predecessors. The
show is also a pretty engaging one as well!
