By not worrying about it!

In actual use, food varied so much by season and day that there was no
'standard'. I would say to eat different things in different ratios.
Yesterday I ate nothing but meat and a few handfuls of nuts. Not one
vegetable. That is very unusual for me, usually I eat lots of veggies and
fruit along with my meat. Occasionally I have no desire for meat and eat
nothing but fruit for a meal.
