You may have seen that info, however, the G5RV was an antenna designed
before the availability of coaxial cable to the amateur on grounds of cost.
As said previously, it consisted of a top, open wire system and tuner unit
as an integral and totally designed unit.

I stand corrected.  All of the versions I've seen in the us do come with 
a specific length of cable though.  Thought I had an article on this 
somewhere.
