Final thoughts.  I did this on my radio.  One cool thing is the voice 
actually prompts you during reset, telling you what choice you have made 
and even says "sure?"

I had to do a reset on mine twice.  First time, it seemed to work, but 
when I tried to read the radio with my other program to enter frequencies, 
it kept wanting to transmit.  I tried this on both my laptop and this 
computer with same results.  I was getting a bit nervous wondering what I 
had screwed up, so did another full reset and all was well.
