Hi,
Sure, I'd like menus that spoke or gave some kind of audio feedback, but 
menus are not impossible to use.  The key factor is if the menu will start 
from a fixed point.  If it starts from where ever you left it, it is 
difficult, but, fortunately, most stereo receivers with menus don't do that. 
You might have to turn the receiver off and then back on again to get the 
menu back to the start point, but it is usually pretty easy to figure them 
out.
