I would be surprised if their server is rejecting your ISP. If anyting, I'd
suspect your wife's employer is running some kind of whiteboard app on his
e-mail program to prevent spam and he needs to add your wife's e-mail address to
his permitted account.

Subject: Off top: bouncing mail

My wife works answering the phones part time for a vet. She emails to his
pager information he needs to make contact with the customers. With our
new email accounts, now the mail is bouncing back. I am assuming, we should
be able to call this company because their mail server must be rejecting our
IP? Any suggestions?

A

Phil.
