Hi,

On the advice I've read on this list, I've been looking closely at many
of the kosher-for-Passover products at my grocery store.

Here's my question:  Some of the products have unclear ingredients lists.
One common ingredient is "cake meal" or "Passover cake meal".  I'm
guessing that it's NOT gluten-free.  Does anyone know for sure?
