Here in Canada, we have a super gluten-free oat supplier.  The url is
www.creamhillestates.com    I have been using their oats for almost a year
and it is such a treat to be able to have oatmeal for breakfast.  They claim
that the oats are guaranteed pure with no cross-contamination.  Now I
realize every person is different yet for me I have had no problem.  They
