I wish to thank all who have submitted their thoughts, ideas, and recipes. I am
summarizing all that I have received in the attached WORD document. In order not to
misinterpret any input I have cut and pasted exactly what I received. If something
appears amiss or unclear please send me an email. If I can't clear up the situation
I will make contact with the originator to resolve the situation and get back to you
unless the originator will agree to contact you directly.
Original request: The stuffing recipe we have is somewhat traditional, nothing
fancy. The only difference now is having to use GF bread crumbs/cubes versus the
regular. The problem we run into is that of excessive moisture after the cooked
stuffing is removed from the turkey.
Does anyone out there have a solution?
Also, would any of you like to share your favorite recipe? We would love to try
anything different.
