I will make this as short as possible.  I am 44, been GF for 12 years.  My periods are getting more irregular, slightly heavier.  I am getting moodier as I age and my digestion changes (loose stools...not....loose stools...) as drastically as my hormones.  I am going to the gyn next Monday and want to be ready.  Has any of you ever gone on hormones for this reason and how did it work for you?  What kind are you on?  Thanks so much!!!  Sandi
