Dr. John Lee found that by giving natural progesterone to women (the kind you can buy over the counter) that he could reverse their osteoporosis in an almost miraculous manner.

Progesterone is not just a female hormone, though that's what most of us think of it as. It's the precursor for many of the steroid hormones including testosterone -

Progesterone is a steroid hormone made by the corpus luteum of the ovary at ovulation, and in smaller amounts by the adrenal glands. Progesterone is manufactured in the body from the steroid hormone pregnenolone, and is a precursor to most of the other steroid hormones, including cortisol, androstenedione, the estrogens and testosterone.

Dr. Lee gave it to women and started preaching of its benefits in treating osteoporosis. Some husbands would apply the progesterone to their wives, and the men's hands absorbed it, and Dr. Lee learned of some good benefits for men. In fact, he has a small pamplet that I think it entitled "Hormonal Balance by Men" which you can get from his website.

It seems as though you might have low adrenals, as I think you may be the one who mentioned going to Dr. Rind for a while. Regardless, this could help a little with that, since it's also a precursor to cortisol.

Men need a lot less of it than women.

It's alleged that for men who have had vasectomies, the testicles can stop producing testosterone, and applying progesterone on the scrotum will restart that production. So, it can be a very pro-male hormone.
