i don't, unfortunately.  were that i did, i would share it here and
everywhere i could find people like us.  however, have you looked at the
home page of this listserv, which has links to many studies and research
papers, as well as the writings of dr. dave derry?  i bet there are posters
here who have them, especially skipperbeers.  doc don would know as well.
