In an attempt to formulate questions for my endocrine appointment, the
chiroweb site seems to lead me to the following suppositions:

Given that

* where cortisol is too high, reverse T3 rises
* where cortisol is too low, T3 decreases

and that

* with glucocorticoid replacement of Cortef, cortisol levels spike and
drop very frequently during the day
* with glucocorticoid replacement of prednisone, cortisol level
remains more steady throughout the day

then

I am led to consider trying more of my cortisol replacement as prednisone
could have a steadying affect on my thyroid replacement (currently
synthroid).

input?

Holly
