Since Vicki brought it up I just wanted to say that for some reason I've had
a craving for ribs lately (maybe it's psychological since I'm looking for my
"missing rib" in a woman...Hmmm...) Anyway, I can tell you that the best
ribs I've found so far are the Old Fashioned Barbecue Ribs at Ruby Tuesdays.
If you have a Ruby Tuesdays in your neighborhood, check them out. Half a
rack is about $10 and includes cole slaw, french fries and curly onions (so
bring a mint if you're on a date. Smile.). It might be because they are
beef ribs rather than the pork ribs you usually get at restaurants (and I'm
not sure they are beef ribs, either), but they are the greatest. A lot of
meat and it's thick and juicy. Yum. By the way, be sure to get the Old
Fashioned ones, not the Tennessee Whiskey kind. A friend of mine got those
while I got the other and they couldn't compare.
