I have monitored this list for many years and seldom post anything. I just want to pass along an unbelievable bakery that I recently discovered. Everything I have tried from Sweet Sin in Baltimore is so far and above any bakery I have ever tried that it is hard to believe it is gluten free. Renee DeSouza is a trained bakery chef who discovered she had celiac disease. Non-celiac's would never know these goodies are gluten free. The cakes are not only gluten free, they are beautifully baked and topped. If you are in the Baltimore/Washington area, they have limited distribution in Whole Foods, David's Natural Foods, Moms, Roots etc. Do yourself a favor and you will thank me. I have absolutely no financial interest in Sweet Sin Bakery. Only a ton of praise and respect. Check out their website. www.GlutenFreeDesserts.com
