Fortunately she got to the E R before all the illegals this afternoon so she
got right in. So far, she has been seen only by a P A or for those who
aren't familiar with that little term, it stands for Patient Assistant or
half a doctor in a manner of speaking. He thought it was a reaction to
Sandy's blood pressure medications but Sandy doesn't believe that because
she has been on the same one's forever. Plus, the swelling is only in one
place. So a real doctor is supposed to come in and see her next. I'm
betting they won't do anything except send her home and tell her to watch it
and to report to her family doctor if it doesn't get any better. That's
normally what they do when they can't figure something out by diagnosing it.

Phil.
