Hi Everyone-
With several list members sharing breakfast and brunch recipes, I thought
I'd offer a link to my smoked salmon and goat cheese strata.
I use toasted waffles instead of bread; the "crust" bakes up golden and
delicious. Frozen waffles, such as Van's Original Wheat Free Waffles can be
used- or make your own ahead of time; toast; tear into pieces.
