Dear Listserve Subscribers,
 
February is the month for valentines, chocolate and lovers.  Your valentines
will love this chocolate cake recipe.  And you will love how easy it is to
make! Enjoy.  
 
                                    BLACK FOREST DUMP CAKE
 
1c. low fat sour cream
2 large eggs
1, 22-oz. can Lucky Leaf or other gluten-free cherry pie filling
1, 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, (not drained)
1c. flaked coconut
1, box GLUTEN-FREE PANTRY DECADENT CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX (#126041M)
6 Tbs. unsalted butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350.
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease a 9-x-13-inch pan.  Mix sour
cream with eggs and reserve.  Spread cherry pie filling over the bottom of
the pan.  Top with sour cream mixture.  Cover with crushed pineapple.
Sprinkle coconut evenly over pineapple.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top and dot with butter or margarine.  Bake 40-50
minutes or until bubbly.  Cool and share with your sweetheart.
