Does anyone have suggestions for the following:

I'm totally overwhelmed I don't know where to start, I went to the store last night spent 120.00 for a 1/2 cart of food for him. Jeremiah is on a Soy free, Gluten free, Dairy free diet, and on Neocate junior formula which is 67.75 per can. WIC doesn't help and McLarean health insurance don't cover it. I have a very low income, so is there programs out there that can help out with anything even teaching me how to shop for this stuff and cook this kind of food. lol I'm totally lost! thank you so much for helping me out KIM
